Scope of Service:
We offer a cost effective, confidential and quality consultation services on a personal and on site basis that includes:
- drawing up of employment contracts and policies in terms of relevant labour legislation and the implementation thereof,
- chairing of disciplinary hearings,
- meetings/negotiations with the Unions and/or employees,
- Drafting of legal opinions,
- Representation of litigants in High-, Regional-, and Magistrate’s Courts as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution forums,
- Mediate all disputes(Registered SAAM FAMILY LAW MEDIATER) and
- Representing clients at the CCMA and/or Bargaining Councils and Labour Court
Operational Staff:
The Consultant is a practicing Advocate. He has been involved in managerial positions and litigation in the fields of civil, criminal and labour law for the past 29 years. He has in the past 6 years focussed on labour law dealings at plant level and is therefore well aware of the practical day to-day labour issues and the management thereof. He has been involved in negotiations between employers and other role players as well as other labour related activities since 1997.
He has been the General Manager of a Labour Broker firm for the past 2 years managing about 1 500 employees. This experience enables him to understand the importance of the employment relationship and the need to network closely and effectively with other role players to the benefit of the client.
Communication with the clients takes place through regular site visits by the consultant in order to build a relationship based on trust and communication in order to deliver an effective service.

Membership fee and Cost Structure for Hourly Rate Clients:
- Appearances in CCMA/Bargaining Councils R 4 500-00 per day (consultation included)
- Disciplinary hearings: R 700-00 per hour
- On site consultation: R 700-00 per hour
- Telephonic enquiries: Free of charge
- Reports: R 700-00
- Travelling costs: R 3-00 per km plus travelling time at R 700-00 per hour travelling

R500-00 annual membership
